  1. 🛠 3/14/22 Build Week Group

Hey fellow 3.14's, anyone want nearly new IAG hood-assist struts? I installed them this past Sunday but decided I don't want them anymore, removed them on Monday after work. I got them on sale for $80 before tax & shipping to CA. I'll sell them for $70 shipped. I'd rather them go to...
  2. California [For Sale] IAG - Hood Strut Assist Kit $80 shipped

How about $80 shipped? Would rather someone get use of these instead of them sitting in the garage. Thanks!
  3. California Sold: [For Sale] IAG - Hood Strut Assist Kit $80 shipped

I ordered the kit a week ago (Memorial Day) and installed it this weekend. Changed my mind on the kit, will let it go for $80 shipped from Los Angeles via USPS ground. I drove with the kit installed for maybe 4 hours on Sunday, uninstalled it after work today (Monday). It'll ship in the...
  4. That new bronco smell so strong

Don't forget the cooler with week-old ice (now water) and whatever food bits are floating around.
  5. That new bronco smell so strong

I'd probably say leave the top off, windows down, and let it off-gas, preferably with some sunlight. I've had mine for just about two months and it's always parked in the shade or garage - still smells like new even with 2K miles on the clock. Doesn't bother me TBH - I usually have the...
  6. Top Down/Open & Windows Up

I don't have issues with the windows when the top is up or down. I do have some rattle when the window is down part-way, but I recall there is a TSB out to adjust for that and it's not related to the soft-top position.
  7. Do you regret your color choice?

    Nah, Iconic Silver... She's gorgeous.
  8. Anyone else having adaptive cruise control issues?

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues - out of curiosity any chance you're tapping the brake pedal when it's on? I've been using mine quite often (2200 miles now) and it has worked fine for me. 3/14 build date.
  9. Anyone find trailing arm skids / armor yet? My driver's side took a good hit this past weekend.

Awesome, thank you Reut! I'll check those out - I have the factory skid protection already - it seems like your products are for the models without, correct? Great, thanks!!
  10. 🛠 3/14/22 Build Week Group

Hope y'all get your rigs very soon! My 3/14 build rolled over to 2200 miles two weeks ago:
  11. Who buys a 1st year anything?

I bought this thing knowing full well there would be quirks and bugs. To be honest, it's novelty and doesn't affect my enjoying out of the rig, at all. I drove it 1k miles the first weekend I had it and just did another 1200 miles last weekend, going off-roading / highway cruising. For...
  12. Anyone find trailing arm skids / armor yet? My driver's side took a good hit this past weekend.

Thanks for the link - but looked in that thread too and the trail went cold there.
  13. Skid Plates for Control arms and additional protection for Trail arm

Damn that's gnarly! Post up the results when you get around to it. I may have a shop make some plates if there's nothing available.
  14. Has anyone damaged their undercarriage yet from off-roading?

My rear trailing arm took a whack this past weekend - I wasn't smooth on the throttle while going over a woop and landed on the log. Oops. @NORCALGXP how'd yours fair?
  15. Anyone find trailing arm skids / armor yet? My driver's side took a good hit this past weekend.

I looked around and didn't see anything - other threads are a few months old. I took my Badlands non-squatch to the trails this weekend and the driver's side took a solid knock, enough to deform the factory armor. I have a feeling this will keep happening and I don't want to deform the...
  16. Skid Plates for Control arms and additional protection for Trail arm

Been looking around, has anyone found anything yet? I took mine out to the trails this past weekend, and the rear trailing arm armor got bumped. I compared the driver's side to the passenger side, definitely deformed and looking to add more protection before the next outing. Here's the...
  17. Do you use the parking procedure described in Off-Roadeo?

Also been doing neutral -> park / parking brake on my vehicles (manual and automatic). It's just habit now.
  18. What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠

It was through these folks: https://espritdefour.club/ Super friendly and knowledgable bunch! Learned a lot and I highly suggest joining a clinic if you can!
