Great Post and comments - Ford was smart to not charge you.
Have you considered pulling the spare tire rather than doing extension of very, very heavily loaded sway hitch? Let tire travel in back of Bronco or inside RV, or mount on RV (better weight distribution as bonus). I used a 7 pin...
Your creeper gear is great for break in - something people on this site have little respect for - but in normal driving doesn't exist. I have a 1946 1 1/2 Chevy Grain Truck Dump that has a creeper that I only use to take a load of dirt downhill with little or no brakes - just too much double...
I have a 6-speed manual 2002 Corvette - in traffic I shift 1 - 3 - 5 up, often use second going down (have skip-shift over-ride). Like you, no one else puts a wrench on it, 100 K and still blows-off loud Mustangs with ease, and pushes new Porches hard.
Checked your site, and love the Jeep Gladiator tire and Gerry-Can swing aways. Makes me think a clever outfit could convert a Bronco Rear Door to a Traditional Tailgate - with your little table on swing-out spare it would make a great "tailgating" vehicle.
BLM and AZ do permits for camping in the desert for very nominal fee (like $5.00 a month)- my guess is they run it by the Sheriffs to avoid "Bonnie & Clide" moving in.
The problem is fully disclosed in ALL photos on Ford Bild Site. It is hard to find an official Ford photo that does not have what I consider obnoxious mud spray. There are puddles at Malls, and Ford makes it easy to get that authentic off-road look.
My wife has a Grand Cherokee Overland which has 4 ride lifts in the shocks - lifting all the way completely uses up suspension travel - factory limited to single number mph - but it is handy - can do anything a stock Wrangler can do in a cushy road car.
It is good that Ford added an extra quart to deal with the anticipated angles this poor high-strung engine is being exposed to. It is appalling that it is breaking news this late in.
When you can get a Bronco 6 to 8 weeks after ordering these issues will be solved, and I will order. Thank you...
Love the 75 series tires. Nothing beats sidewall off road, and put some air in them and they are no problem on road. Skinny stock rims look good and give you a touch more height.
Having all GOAT modes on all models might be a Ford supply cost issue, or a current supply chain issue where there is a certain range of serial numbers that got the full boat software.
Even if it is Ford's plan to always include the full GOAT software, I doubt they will make a fuss about a...
