The reason it’s silver is because the skid plate is aluminum and when you scratch it you can’t see the scratches. Also the silver plastic cover can be removed by hand with the pull pins so when you scratch the Front of the bumper you can put the silver plastic cover on and cover those scratches...

These mount/pivot up and down from the sides with pins, I haven’t seen any SR-M’s that mount that way, but I did not search that long.

You have probably already tried this but most rear view mirrors are on a 2 pivot dog bone mount, pivot the first joint from the glass all the way up, then pivot the mirror angle Down. You can raise the whole mirror assembly about 2 1/2 inche, make a huge difference

It opens from the left so that when you park on the curb it does not open into traffic, and it’s easier for the driver to open to retrieve gear. And it’s more convenient for right hand people to open.

I have thought of that, but I would like to retain the Wide running lights (3 separate red lights), and all the jeep stuff does have those.. Only the Braptor has those over 80” running lights. If I want to retain just the third brake light this would be very simple, it is the wide running...

Visibility out the back is terrible I’m looking to replace my high 3rd brake light with something mounted in the rim area (lower). I would like to keep the 3 running lights and brake lights operational plus maybe add brighter reverse lights. I own a small fab shop and could come up with brackets...
