I thought Ford was coming out with a fix in Q4? My front passenger window shakes so bad when I open the door I am afraid it’s going to shatter. It’s the only one that does it

Sure - just relaying my experience. We had them pull up Smart Vincent and run through the language until they were convinced. Otherwise we were going to wait until they cleared it up which I didn’t want to wait for

it may be as simple as they aren’t aware of the mechanisms Ford provided to make them whole. It was surprising that my dealer did not and we had to have them pull up the information in their system and directly point it out. They get reimbursed - there is zero reason not to do it.

Yep. I took it to the dealer and they found no issue, said it was working as intended. Some mentioned a blend door problem can cause this. Mine comes and goes and seems to be dependent on outside temp, so perhaps it does work as intended - idk.
