Raptor has the same modular bumper that was standard on the Badlands in 2021 and optional in 2022. Not sure about clearances behind the bumper with the additional cool capacity for the 3.0L.
The Raptor shares very few parts with any other trim level of Bronco. Not understanding your statement. Raptor has a different engine, front differential, rear differential, gauge panel/display, interior, front fenders, rear fenders, fender flares, suspension, steering rack, hood, grill, tires...

According to all of the information from Ford, dealer allocation numbers will not be released to the dealers until after the Raptor Reservation orders are around the end of March.
It can't be due to design strength or height. It has to be due to weight. You can get a 4dr Badlands non-squatch with a rack, but as soon as you add 2.7L motor you can't. Only thing that changes is vehicle weight not CG or flex.
