@Runningwaters We aren't running many scrap tops currently. Tomorrow will be interesting. Webasto was doing an assembly line rearrange this weekend in final for the clam shells.
We did run some 22' mod sample clamshells through yesterday. I'm actually hoping Ford pushes my build back back until the new year. The mod top is so much nicer, heavier and sturdy compared to the mic, imo.
It's still not as organized as what it needs to be. It don't help their work force turns over a lot. 2 women that work the station ahead of me from final both left this past week once work schedule changes were announced.
Things are progressing fast at Webasto. Getting 150+ clamshells day the past few days. Having Ford within the building is putting a fire to Webasto's ass. Processes(especially, quality processes) are evolving every day which gets really confusing. Monday will be interesting with new start times...
This morning Webasto changed their start/end times for shifts in final. Starting next week two 10 shifts.
Let's just say that didn't go well with the masses.
