Why are these vehicles needing a new transmission even being given to the customer? It shouldn’t be the responsibility of the customer to say HEY! What’s that grinding noise? Nobody heard it at the factory? Nobody heard it at the dealership? 🤬

Still driving it!! The Transmission person that did the diagnosis, and Ford, both said it's OK to drive. I'm definitely doing damage to the transmission by driving it. But the Transmission person (and they said Ford agreed) said it wasn't "that bad" of an issue. And would be safe to drive...

I’ll try that again. I did try putting the longer fatty 😶 post in first, but most of it was still sticking out of the Bronco. And when I screwed on the antenna there was a lot of post still showing. Maybe I wasn’t screwing hard enuf 😶 Ok I’ll go for it again as soon as the weather dries up...

So I picked up this exact antenna. It came with some posts of varied sizes. Took the stock one off. I tried all 4 posts in the Tekk antenna. But nothing was a fit. Am I missing something? Should I put the post in the Tekk antenna, then into to the Bronco? Or put the post into the Bronco...
