@Rottigrrl I feel the same way! I still put my hand to the steering column when I go to get out, fully expecting a key to be there to turn the engine off. And I think when I walked up to the Bronco the other day, it unlocked on its own. Andon the the fob there is a big silver circle in the...
Yes, I'd buy a MT. I have a brandy new Grinder right now; 154 miles with the noise. Dealer knows about it and I'm in line for a full transmission replacement at the end of this month.
Yes the STās are a bit louder than the HTās and you definitely canāt carry on them. But they are fun in the summer. Iāve swapped tops wicked easy on my Jeeps for the last 30 years. But this is gonna be different with the Bronco. By the time it gets a new transmission (thatās another topic) it...
So on the Ford website it clearly statesā¦..āDealer Installed Option. Shipped separately from the vehicle for dealer installation.ā The Bronco showed up with the Hard Top. When is the dealer supposed to install the Soft Top? Are they obligated to install it for the customer? And what if the...
Me too. I waited 878 days for a broke a** vehicle? Really? And replacing a tranny is no joke. I would have rather waited longer too instead of what I have to go through now.
I am researching going from HT to ST to HT etc. I saw your ordered the same as me. I just got my Bronco last week. The HT was already on. The ST was in a million pieces stuffed behind the front seatsš Right now the ST is stashed in the garage. So itās been a year for you now. Iām curious to know...
I kept seeing the same ācannedā response to other posts across the forum from a Ford account. Responding to members saying they want to help and you give them your info. Did they open a Case for you?
I feel like Iāve been slimed after waiting 878 days and then have to be sleezed over and...
Why are these vehicles needing a new transmission even being given to the customer? It shouldnāt be the responsibility of the customer to say HEY! Whatās that grinding noise? Nobody heard it at the factory? Nobody heard it at the dealership? š¤¬
Still driving it!! The Transmission person that did the diagnosis, and Ford, both said it's OK to drive. I'm definitely doing damage to the transmission by driving it. But the Transmission person (and they said Ford agreed) said it wasn't "that bad" of an issue. And would be safe to drive...
Are you saying that Abby, Ford Social Media Team, is an obnoxious Ford bot? ......" obnoxious bots who keep inserting themselves into quality conversations here"
Same here. 154 miles. Just told today. New tranny. Told me no loaner until it gets worse. Not sure how I feel about that..other than HUGELY disappointed.
Iāll try that again. I did try putting the longer fatty š¶ post in first, but most of it was still sticking out of the Bronco. And when I screwed on the antenna there was a lot of post still showing. Maybe I wasnāt screwing hard enuf š¶ Ok Iāll go for it again as soon as the weather dries up...
Thanks for the response. So out of the 4 posts provided the 2 fattest posts fit the Bronco. (The skinny ones did not) One post was wicked short. And the other one was 3x longer. Which post did you end up using? Long or short? Do you remember? Glad to hear it works just as well as the whip...
So I picked up this exact antenna. It came with some posts of varied sizes. Took the stock one off. I tried all 4 posts in the Tekk antenna. But nothing was a fit. Am I missing something? Should I put the post in the Tekk antenna, then into to the Bronco? Or put the post into the Bronco...
