As Wyatt stated, its highly likely a workmanship issue. I damaged the same axle seal installing my Bilstein 6112’s. Easy to do If one’s not careful. My first time doing this kind of thing. Now I know the proper technique.

Thanks for the info. Trifecta is on the list for our next trip. This past August we came in Gemini Bridges onto Goldbar Rim. Went as far as the waterfall. I went down and back up but my JK friends didn’t want to try it. The day we were there temp was low 90’s. Lots of grip.
