This looks similar to my A-Pillar Leak. It’s not a roof issue though. It’s a defective part a major design oversight. Ford refused to listen to me or let me demo it on another vehicle. It’s going to take this happening on all the vehicles for them to finally realize they have an issue.

Yes please let us know. This particular leak is affected/caused much more by water quantity rather than water pressure. A strong consistent rain will cause it. I quick high-pressure car wash may not.

My top leaks through my airbag! I posted this a while back. Ford failed to resolve the issue and I’ve been unable to drive it for a month. They would not listen to me and would not let me near my vehicle at the dealership to show them.

I am pretty sure it is NOT the rubber seals/gaskets. It is much more likely to be hard plastic that is under pressure. The only areas that are like that are the "J clamp/hooks" in the front and the "L twist locks". My hunch is it is the L twist lock... Unlatch one at a time to see which one is...
