Ran a wire through firewall to Yellow/orange (aux6). Still didn’t work so took it apart and tried the washer trick…worked once I got the washer right. (Screw, then washer, ground cable). No idea why this even works for some people…those are galvanized bolts being used there…guessing that has...
Yea hell, that's the best idea I've heard yet....jacking around with the harness with one hand about 6 inches back in a tight space should be the last option. Since the feedback is they are super bright, I'm just going to send them to an Aux and turn on when daylight is required.
Can't get the fookin things to work. Haven't tried the "Ground Washer" thing yet, but getting somerthing on that Gray/purple wire is damn near impossible. My issue is probably there or the washer. About ready to punt and just see how complicated it is to run a wire through the firewall...
It honestly looks like every other post in the classifieds is someone looking for a Modular bumper to replace the Base OEM plastic bumper. Not that it's probably a good option, but I did contact a few Chinese vendors through Alibaba. They claim to have an EXACT replica of it with all parts and...
Here’s a Hard Plastic folding concept a company called Axiam was working with Ford on in early 2000’s…. Something like this seems simple in 2023…

Want an enclosure but only the Tuffy is approachable in budget. Seems to me that enclosure could be easily modified for additional features? No? IE: Add pass through door to backseat panel / mod so a section of backseat panel can lay down/be removed with quick-release pins, use...
Just ordered a set of the red for 4 door...goijng to buy that multi-tool as well....how could you not? At this rate I may actually have to go camping at some point.
Everywhere I turn there is a new Bronco for sale...I bought mine two days before XMAS AT MSRP and was on the lot a few days (loaded Wildtrak). The order banks may be over full but the people declining the ones they ordered appears to be plentiful.
Yup I figured each tune is setup for the VIN. Just seems strange you have to buy a unique $800 device to deliver one and only one piece of software. Would have seemed a lot more logical for you to purchase the software from Ford with the VIN encoded and let the dealerships install from a tool...
