Still undecided and not sure what will sway me one way or the other. I do know it will be a 4-door.
If BL it will be Oxford White, 2.7L, Lux, Leather, MIC, Auto and optional wheels. I’ll remove the rock rails and add a retractable step.
If OBX it will be Shadow Black, 2.7L, Lux...
AMP Research has an over-ride switch you can mount to the dash.
Next year you will be able to control your powerstep with your smartphone.
POWERSTEP SMART SERIES RUNNING BOARD
COMING JANUARY 2021
PowerStep SmartSeries™ now offers in-app flexibility to retract and deploy power running board and...
I'm thinking of BL now but may still go with OBX. I also need steps so I will have the dealer remove the rock rail and install the Bronco step or a power step on the BL.
I was going to get the OBX because of the steps. Then I decided on the BL but still need the steps. I talked to my dealer and he said that he had conversation with AMP Research a few months ago and they told him they hope to have a power step available for the Bronco by July. No guarantee...

Off-road not important but severe weather rating is important to me.
For the Badland there should be a rock rail delete - insert running board. That is what I was hoping for. You could also order the Badlands and ask the parts department at your dealership to order the running board and maybe you would actually get it within a year or two of taking delivery of...
I need to see the wheels before I decide whether I really like them or not.
There should be a large selection of wheels over time from companies like Method. Not sure what powder coating would look like but obviously it's an option.
I still like the 4-door OBX only because I don't need a true dedicated off-road warrior. Before the Bronco was announced I was considering a Macun, Defender or Jag F-Pace so the Bronco is a real departure from where I was a couple of months ago.
I plan on changing the tires on day to a severe...
