Sorry to hear this. If you do decide to order another, I went through Landmark Ford out of Springfield, Illinois and they were phenomenal. Easiest car buying experience ever. Honest straight shooters, but still have the wait.

Mine was automatically applied as the dealer had the cert already on my order in their system. I think it auto-populates but not positive. It was the $825 and they said they will get a check for the other $1250 in the mail but will be in my name and they will call. Hope that helps.

On a whim because that rate really bothered me, I applied through a local credit union. CEFCU credit union. They gave me 3.79% and my dealer is a preferred dealership so I can sign loan docs there. Done.
