Front axle is part of Sasquatch, so Wildtrak=Outer Banks+Sasquatch+Hard Top+2.7+Baja Mode+Graphics+4x4 Auto. But compared to the OP's topic, you're subtracting nothing, and already including 2 presumably pricey addition, the Auto and mid pack. The graphics and Baja mode have some value but...
The bigger mystery from a pricing standpoint is Outer Banks vs Wildtrak, since if you add hard top, 2.7 and Sasquatch to the Outer Banks it's essentially the same as the Wildtrak without the hood graphics or Baja mode. Are those 3 options together really more than $10,000?
It was confirmed by a Ford employee that the Sasquatch package has a 1.2" lift in an early Q&A. The 2" thing is an unconfirmed rumor of a Ford authorized lift. The Badlands seems to have about a half inch lift in comparison to non-Sasquatch models, presumably because of the Bilstein suspension...
This is a longer version of the infamous Bronco vs Jeep hill climb from Moab. It looks pretty clear in this one the Jeep was backing up to go around....
From the Jalopnik article:
Groves mentioned the Wrangler’s steering wander. “The Bronco just, it tracks. It just has great straight-ahead stability and feels like a modern vehicle,” referring to the difference in steering experience between the two vehicles as “night and day.”
You should check the reservations and pricing forum before posting again. Most dealers are pledging no ADM and honoring Ford discount plans on pre-orders.
That's still primarily an energy storage/battery problem. F1 cars are technically hybrids and have a goal of carbon neutrality by 2030. A graphene based battery could potentially deliver power much quicker than anything available right now and provide race car levels of performance, for example...
"All of the sudden" is the problem with this argument. There will be no all of the sudden. That should be obvious. The argument detractors are making is that there will be no change in the power infrastructure over the next 30-50 years.
You made declarative statement and were asked questions, which you continue to refuse to discuss. Do you want to have a discussion, or just tell everyone they are wrong?
Except you declared that electric vehicles are worse than ICE, and were asked exactly what is worse about electric motors. The ability of the grid to handle a mass transition to electric vehicles is a non sequitur in that line of discussion.
Even to the OP's question was related to his...
You are arguing no points whatsoever. What exactly do you think makes electric MOTORS worse than ICE? They are more powerful, more efficient, with better power delivery.
Battery capacity wouldn't even be a problem for consumer vehicles if there was a supercharger at every gas station. But even...
