My Friday No Update - Update: Dealership is still waiting on the slave cylinder that was supposedly overnighted 2 days ago but they apparently have no idea when it will be in. I've tried reaching out to the Ford rep multiple times who was supposed to be following up on this and she's MIA..
Hopefully they get the part in right away so we can see if that solves the issue on mine. The Ford rep is supposed to follow up at some point so I don't know if she's aware of what they suspect. I'll probably reach out to her later to see.
I dropped mine off a couple days ago. They were backed up so they didn't get a chance to look at it until this morning. They suspect the slave cylinder. It's on order might be in as soon as tomorrow. Hopefully that's problem and I can move on and get my baby back. They gave me a Camry as a...
Mine goes in Tuesday to get looked at. To make sure it's properly documented I opened a case with Ford ahead of my service visit Tuesday. Spoke with a rep yesterday and they are going to follow up with the dealership and myself after the appointment.
Mine's going in to get looked at the week after next. Even after it warms up I can still hear it in 1st and 2nd gear. Its a bit softer but it's definitely still there.
I'm going to try and get it looked at soon. I only noticed it a couple times in the first 2 weeks and would go away. Now it's constant the last 3 days.
Same, been following the other thread about it. We might need to start our own tracking of similarities. Doesn't seem to be a lot of answers for those that have brought theirs in
Mine is just the stock Badlands 17/33's. I think for the weight of the truck and the tires the gearing seems right to me. Though I'm coming from a Subaru where I had to shift out of first turning out of my driveway
Maybe its just the setup I have or its based on some of the other MTs I've driven but length of 1st feels just right to me. The auto start/stop on the other hand has taken getting used to.
