I have them with morimoto 4bangers mounted and yes. It's not all the time, but there's days where they make a pretty annoying wind squeal. A slight breeze at the right angle seems to disrupt airflow enough for them to squeal. I never had any noise at all when I had a single light and no drop...

Yea i believe they do. Some people early on had gremlins due to loose fuse box bolts.

I keep mine in a little baggy inside the broncos factory tool pouch which only ever leaves the bronco for the duration of an oil change.

Filter o-rings yes. They come with the new filter. Recommend swapping the drain plug out for a Ronin plug. They are slower to drain but the factory plugs dump all 6 qts in as many seconds and just make a big mess.

Did an oil change and found the front diff input seal shot at 34k miles 🤬

It's actually a pretty good snow tire, but that's about it.

Morimotos. 2 pair of 4Bangers and a pair of 2Bangers I had 3 pairs of 4Bangers in the OEM bumper but the opening in the CBI is a bit too small for that.

Looking a little late on my reply here but I've had one for a year and a half. One of the better looking winch bumpers IMO. No real issues. Had to grind out some of the winch opening to fit the Badland Apex 12k. And the fairlead is kind of a PITA to install since it's hard to get your fingers...
