You'll probably feel a bit like Robbie Hart when I say this, but it's worth mentioning not only for you for the future, but others reading this.
I highly recommend getting a device rail for your dash, as that is what the Ford engineers designed it for. The rail lets you attach one or several...
This is how I will explain this to my wife when I get my third set of tires. I've got the KO2s for off-road and smaller, lighter basic ATs for street use, and plans to get some 35s for improved rock crawling. But I'll have to absolutely draw a line at three sets if I want to stay out of...
I have a fear of permanently changing parts. Heck, even when I swapped out the stock Badlands grille for the Heritage, I still saved the original. :) If I were to do something like this, I would end up sourcing an OEM dash panel from a totaled Bronco. But you lost me at individually running...
True, but I think these are just the Bilstein shocks with the reservoir that people have reported issues with. You've got the Fox shocks I think, which haven't had any reported issues, at least that I've seen.
Agreed. Toyota has plenty, too. When you are dealing with suppliers, you have limited control. These are Bilstein shocks, and it is a reputable company. I'm not bothered by any recall that doesn't prevent me from driving/using my vehicle until it gets fixed. A recall isn't always a big deal. I...
I feel like you are going to run into: "If we say we put them on your vehicle, we have to put them on your vehicle. If we put them on and take them off, even for a minute, they are used and the value of used shocks is nearly nothing."
You might have to have the dealer visually inspect your vehicle under the recall so they can note that it is not applicable/close it out for your VIN. Ford may require them to see rather than simply take the customer's word.

2. UnderCloak Integrated Armor System, Bronco 6G, 2-Door
3. Undercloak Muffler Skid Plate, Bronco 6G 2dr & 4dr
The suspension kit is a bit of a...
You never said if this little guy made it back alive. 😄
I think everyone wants to play in the mud at least once, but
I gave it up after having to do the cleanup after this. I can't even imagine trying to get stinky pond water smell out of the inside.
I followed the G6 Heritage style. Are you wanting to try to be more authentic to the G1 Bronco or just inspired?
As for the roof, some have painted and haven’t had any issues yet. I did a wrap for a few different reasons and it has also been fine. If you want to do some G1-style stripes, any...
Oof. :)
Had the dealer do those at 50K when I started hearing about how they break. Fortunately, by that time, the two-piece plugs were updated to a one-piece design. But that #4 cylinder isn't fun. There's stuff mounted to the firewall and some hoses that need to be moved out of the way to...
When I went two years ago, we didn't do Wipeout hill. We went east from the Red Cliffs Lodge to (I believe) the Dome Plateau trailhead. We did go up a fairly steep hill (maybe 24 degrees IIRC), but I'm certain it wasn't Sevenmile Rim because that is in the complete opposite direction. I wonder...
