I don't have the Ford part # handy to provide a reference, but I optioned the panel storage bags as part of my '23 2-door BL order. I watched this video several times to try and build a little "virtual muscle memory" before trying it myself (I'm sure it would be a lot easier with a 2nd set of...
Fair enough. Perhaps more a matter of semantics, then, as I don't see anything there that makes the step not "functional" but more not appropriate for your specific use case (not low enough).
Oh that's outstanding news! I'll be ordering over the weekend then. Just got RIF'd and will have a LOT of time on my hands in a few weeks, LOL.
P.S. - With as much (backlogged) interest as there is/has been in the 2dr fam I think you guys have been hiding your light under your hat with this...
Glad to see you guys are coming through for the 2-door crowd. For the 2-door JL 10TW3 "Standard" (no B&O, no Mobridge) marked "available on backorder" (since when I first saw it go up on site) is it actually available to order or is that a placeholder for now? If it's not a placeholder any...

Oooh, I got it - a vinyl wrap designed to LOOK like a Cybertruck stainless steel skin. Fingerprints, surface rust, misalignment (throw in rando offensive graffiti these days I guess). Not sure they could faithfully recreate trim parts flying off while driving, though, but tell those creatives...

Honestly it's not just the colors but the patterning - being able to spec some 2-tone's would be cool.
They aren't wrong! But there's really no space there, at least thinking about my '23 2D BL. I imagine with smaller folks (like children) one could position/wedge something in (because adults would be sitting on it) but not sure how it would be secured.
As I can't say I'm 100% clear on your goal but I *think* I know what you are looking to do you might find the PAC offering worth looking at.
