Not only are the products I use from Griot’s great. The cust service is excellent. FedEx tracking on recent order shows damaged when it got to last place before out for delivery. Not deliverable. Contacted Griots. They verified same with tracking and are sending out a new order. Can’t complain about everything. Sometimes you have to compliment companies too.

I’ve been using Griots for years and I do agree, besides their great products, their customer service has always been beyond any expectations!!

I agree 100% - few companies have amazing cust service with quick response or proactive remedy and they deserve accolades all the time.

Some tey but start to walk back as process moves. Others could care less, as is the case in most of Canada where there is little conpetiton and most companies are on govt supports, subsidies or rebates similar to Soviet Union model, wit exception some indy hipo parts dealers and German mfg goods.

I ordered some silicone rubber seal stuff from them.

The bottle came open in transit : no problem, shipped a new bottle

Bottle #4 - cap finally stayed on. They never had an issue replacing it, never gave me flak. I would say maybe they could learn to screw the caps on better; but their customer service is spot on

I have 4 lifetimes of supply of rubber seal stuff now.

I especially like their glass cleaner in the original spray can! It works like a champ! (Not the hand squeeze pump version-it is disappointing)

Agree on both counts, Griot's is top notch and a complment here and there increases the authority of the complaint when it is waranted. On that note I'll call out Crutchfield as well for exceptional service and customer care.
