Roadmaster tow bar, demco stay and play, flat towing over 1500 miles.

First the good
Lost 1 mpg on my godzilla powered class c.
Towed Mileage does not rack up on the Bronco.
No issues towing.

The lessons learned

Take your time setting up the tow equipment.

Get a 4in riser for the flat tow bar
Be sure and verify the trailer wiring and diodes that you install on your b

Its my first towed project.


My stroppe is in the shop being fitted with the underseat type permanent brake controller and the tow bar that folds across the the front bumper and stays with the bronco.
I pick it up Monday.

I'm v10 powered and weigh in at about 11,000lbs.
I have a 4" lift on the rv so I might be even on the hitch but I'll use my cheap harborfreight adjustable height hitch until we get some miles on the system.
