Hi,
We just moved up to Elizabeth last winter. 23 WT SAS. 95 EB 427sbf, 4in lift....we are planning on heading over on the 31st. Looking forward to helping out
Our 23 WT SAS has almost 60k and zero issues. No cracks in the roof. Runs and drives great. The rear seats are very uncomfortable is the only complaint.
You are 100% correct. I have the place i will never move from. I'm not ever in need of a loan. I have my own water, power and food supply.
Once I retire in July I'm throwing my smart phone in the river. My hat size is 7-5/8......takes almost a whole roll of Reynolds wrap....
Find a 96 5.0 it was MAF not speed density so its easier to modify. It was also OBD II. My 95 EB i had to swap in a mustang computer MAF in order to run my 427SBF. 95's and earlier are OBD I and are harder to program. Ask me how I know. Good luck
Yeah, I'm have had several Goodyear tires over the years as OEM tires. Never replaced them with another Goodyear product for similar reasons. Just got punctured by about anything.
Getting KO3's put on this week.
Starting a go fund me if anyone wants to help. 🤣
I did a similar swap with infotainment on my 2017 f250. It was all plug and play. I have toyed with doing this upgrade in my 23 WT but it would be a major job to remove the dash and all. Not sure i have the time or patience.
Good company and good customer service.
Its almost apples to oranges. My earlier Broncos included 73, 77, 78, 89 and current 95 with a 427sbf. The others were built and sounded good.
I swore I'd never buy a 6G. We had over 8in of snow last month. My 23 WT SAS went everywhere and just for comparison I took the 95 with only a rear...
Yeah ive used it in tight trails but only at slow speeds and when a 35 point turn is my only other option. If you are doing donuts with it in on wet pavement well....what would one expect.
Used properly it works great
In 2020 they switched back from FWD...I didn't knkw it either till I got in it and felt it start sliding when I gave it just a touch of throttle so I shifted into 2 manually, took of traction control and got it to start moving.
Love my Bronco.
Had to go rescue the daughter in law when the snow hit early the other evening. Her RWD explorer was not up to the task. Son and I took my 23 WT SAS. Never spun a tire. Put them in the Bronco he drove it back I got the exploder home but it took some driving, traction control off and feathering...
Yeah you can ignore it but what is the lesser of 2 evils? Ignore it and get hassled or just pay the $100. I ignored tolls I got from a state that couldn't even get the name right on the bill. I told them no one by that name lived here.
