You're not dipping the MIC top to change it to a pretty color. You're dipping it in hopes of preventing or at least slowing down a total catastrophic failure of the top. That's why the OP wrapped his. That's why so many folks have had them sprayed with Line-X or a similar product.

So as I stated, you're not going to be removing the Dip

I've never been a fan of that stuff. Works great for areas that are not very visible, (hinges when doing wraps or chrome deletes,), but I would never use it as a primary source of color.

Ive talked to a guy that does dips. He said it doesnt remove very well due to the texture of the MIC and being slightly porous.

I've been a Ford person my entire life (3rd generation, over 300 family years. We still say "we work for Ford's"). Ford has had the average American's back more often than not

I can say I drive a Ford Bronco, my son drives a Ford Ranger, wife drives a Lincoln, and my daughter drives a Bronco as well ... pretty serious loyalty here which can be ruined if things go South. I will say my Bronco has been solid. My daughters has lost a fuel pump, a battery, and a sensor which Ford took care of with out issue. My wife's Lincoln has also lost a fuel pump and the throttle pedal has an issue now that does not throw a code (we are waiting for that) which they can not diagnose until it does (Ford replaced the pump). My son's Ranger has been solid as well.

We were Ford family on the farm: muscle cars, Euro capris and built Cortinas to pick ups and grain tucks. Even went to Germany to buy a Ford combine. No issues at all but we had full shop and could fix any of it.

The only break away was a few Alfa Romeos and Fiat 124s.

100% agree here. Not long after I bought my '22, Ford had a "meet the engineers" type owner event. I wish they would do another one, I had only had mine for about 2 months before the meet. I'd LOVE to talk to those engineers about the top, now that it's nearly 4 years later.

I've debated wrapping mine, nice to read the pros/cons.

wrapped my Black Diamond for the color change. It’s a 2022 and holding up well. Although I am curious how the top is holding up.

This looks great. Is that an off-white? Have you thought about matching anything else to the white? Fender flares, etc.?

HARD TOP WRAP UPDATE:

A couple weeks over 4 months and the wrap is still holding up quite well, better than expected honestly. With the Houston summer heat and weekly automatic car washes, I would have thought I would have had more issues. Just very minimal lifting in the deep recesses of the channels on top. I do need ot go back and add another layer of coating as I do think the ceramic has helped keep the color and finish looking good with the matte black vinyl. I still stand by my original statement of "I wouldn't recommend this for long term", but am happy that it has done as well as it has. I also think that with a thicker material, I likely would not have had the same luck.

I'll update again in a few months.
