A lawyer couple already started a law suit against ADV. Lets see how that turns out.

If it goes class action, the only people getting paid typically are the lawyers. I hate class action lawsuits for this reason, but they do effectively punish the entities that they are used against successfully (sometimes rightly and often times not).

Does anyone know of a current class action lawsuit being pursued? I'm sure there are many here on the forum that would be interested in joining.

Also any known success with small claims court? I was told by small claims in Orange County that even if I win, that I am responsible for collecting the funds.
