If you had mechanical work done, a test drive after the work was completed seems reasonable.Picked up my 2023 Bronco today after having some recalls done and noticed it had 12 new miles on it. Dealer said it was because of Fords test drive policy, is this normal? Cause to me it feels more like a joy ride than a test drive.
And yes I added some mods myself
The windshield absolutely requires a drive test and at freeway speeds.I would be interested to know which recall require driving the vehicle after work was completed….In my case ,shock capsule, windshield sealant and seat bolt. No reason to conduct a test drive on those.
Personally, I think all they did was turn the rear view mirror way out of position to make it appear they actually worked on the windshield adhesive. The windshield absolutely requires a drive test and at freeway speeds.
mine too! And her kids swear by it.My wife was a virgin so I bought a wife w 0 miles on her. Not easy to find
When I picked up my 22 BWT it had 55 miles, yikes12 isn’t even remotely high. Some come off the truck with a lot more.
