A huge improvement to Bronco's capability off-road is being able to disconnect the sway bar for better articulation. Not all off-road vehicles are created equally, though. If you plan to use your Bronco off-road and like comfort and articulation, a Sway Bar Disconnect isn’t optional. The TeraFlex Pneumatic Dual-Rate Sway Bar delivers stable road manners and comfortable trail performance with the push of a button.

The TeraFlex Bronco Pneumatic Dual-Rate Sway Bar delivers improved handling and articulation in one clean, simple system. Designed to replace either the factory hydraulic sway bar or the factory single-rate bar, this pneumatic unit provides reliable performance without the complexity of OE components.

If you’ve ever had to crawl under your Bronco and lay in the dirt to disconnect a sway bar, you already understand why a simple in-cab, push-button release matters. Trail capability shouldn’t require getting dirty before the trail even starts, and then again before hitting the road.

Using our proven dual-rate design, this sway bar delivers confident control on pavement and controlled articulation off-road. Built to fit all Bronco trims, it’s a straightforward upgrade for drivers who want durability, simplicity, and predictable performance.

How do I install this on the rear axle…🤔
You don't, you convert to a RockJock 4-link back there and move on with your life. Caveat: it requires dropping the axle and welding, but any shop who's been installing these on Gladiators can handle it.

I don’t want to void my warranty though

So this can replace the Badlands factory swaybar disconnect? I find that hard to believe.
Yes it does. The only model it won't work with is the Raptor.

How do you get around the electronics?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but as soon as you unplug the factory unit, your Bronco gets pissed and throws codes and (possibly) goes into limp mode.

I don't see anything in your instructions that addresses replacing the factory sway bar disco.
