Phone Volume adjust randomly and mutes audio

Same issue with my 25 big bend that I got in February. I feel like it's a recent thing. Like it started in April but then stopped and then started again. Very randomly it does this, some drives it just keeps happening, other times it's fine.

Sorry to revive, this is happening on my new 2026 as well. It’s usually once a day or every other day. It happened about 4-5 times today while driving.

Mine seems to do it only on my drive home, about 5pm. If I turn the audio off, then on again, it seems to help. I might need to do it a few times. It has definitely gotten worse lately.
