Here are some details on our coilover offerings for the Bronco (non-Raptor) applications.

BRBN Coilover Spec Sheet:

• Premium Materials: Coated 2.8” aluminum shock body, 6061-T6 billet-machined aluminum reservoir & components, anodized finish, 65mm (linear) piston, and chrome-plated shaft.
• Adjustable Ride Height: 2 to 4 inches of lift to set your ride height and clearance for wheel/tire combos and terrain. Sasquatch package equipped Broncos will obtain a 0 to 2 inch lift adjustment range.
• 3-Way Damping Adjustment: Independent high-speed compression, low-speed compression, and rebound adjustment for precise damper tuning.
• Monotube Damper Design: Maintains consistent damping under extreme loads.
• Available in standard spring rates or HD spring rates.

I didn’t see the extended and compressed lengths listed anywhere? Maybe I missed them. Can you provide this for both front and rear?

Absolutely! Our early prototypes were 2-Way kits (HSC/LSC), but the 3-Way w/ rebound adds a lot more value, performance, and adjustment for sure paired with the aluminum bodies and warranty.

Spring rates for the Standard Series and HD Series are noted on the listings, however I will embed them in the OP so more information is all in one place for everyone.

Funny you ask that, for about 6 months we ran Standard Series front, and HD Series rear on our R&D Bronco. It wasn't intentional per say (was in between stages for testing), but I enjoyed how that combo performed.
Generally speaking I would say HDF/HDR & STF/STR is a good fit for most, but mixing and matching based on build specs, specific needs or preferences is fine in my book.

I have a 2-door, Badlands Non-Squatch, 2.3 manual. When I need tires, I'm going to go with 35x11.50 on the factory Badlands wheels. I have a JCR winch mount and 10k Superwinch on the front. Rear is stock.

I subscribe to the as high as necessary, as low as possible ideology. 1"-ish of lift would be fine, over 2" is likely too much.

Would your kits be over sprung for my vehicle?

That sounds like a fun rig. The manual 2-doors are a bit challenging to find around here (at least from personal experience), I know that because I really want one- LOL.

For your mild lift goals you would be able to run the coilovers (Standard Series) close to how they come "out of the box", meaning minimal spring preload. I'm not sure how much additional weight your particular winch mount setup adds, pending that you may need to preload the front a touch (EST 1/2 inch give or take). That setup paired with dialing in damping might be the sweet spot for your setup and objectives.
