Oh good luck with that.

Ford Software is among the worst I've ever seen, you'll be standing in line behind the folks who's Sync never worked right, who's backup cameras black out, who's brake boosters fail to engage properly, who's transmissions don't shift correctly, etc etc etc

It sounds kinda like you should just get a Jeep instead. That'll solve all those problems quick.
