Looks great. That's my planned mod too but I thought a JKS clearance kit would be needed too. You got away without it?

I was concerned I would need that as well but I have 0 rubbing, but again I’m not flexing too hard on my off-roading if you were rock crawling you might need the clearance kit and the coilovers adjusted higher….and possibly aftermarket UCA’s…..but for my needs the out box 2” set up worked great

I went with about 2" over Sas as well and was able to get aligned with the stock UCA's. With a smaller 37" tire like the KO2, you might not need the JKS kit if you have wheels around 10 to -6 offset and I didn't need the 3rd brake like bracket either (my spare has a little wear but it looks like it would clear a new tire). I don't think you could squeeze a spare tire cover over it easily unless you pushed light towards the tailgate to get the thicker edge around the tire.

I agree I don’t think you NEED the spare relocation bracket with a smaller 37” I wasn’t sure and it was cheap so I grabbed it off Amazon, but with the bracket it I do think you could fit a cover…also agree on no issues on alignment with the stock UCA’s at around 2” over SAS

I’m running the Eibach’s, 17x9” wheels with +12mm offset, stock UCA’s (caster adjusted to its limit) 37” x 11.50 tires. Only trimmed the corners off the front crash bar brackets so far and had already cut an inch or so off the front of the stock rock rails.
Very slight rubbing at full lock while mild off roading. Will probably have worse, rubbing doing extreme rock crawling. I have the Stinkyfab front body mounts that replace the front crash bar brackets but haven’t done it yet. I also have a half inch body lift that I have not installed yet. For me going from 10-ply 35’s to 8-ply 37’s made a world a difference in both ability and smooth ride when aired down.

No rubbing on full lock on right turns? I get slight rubbing against the swaybar. But I think that is because I'm still on the stock sasquach wheels. I need to move to a different offset.

Depends on tire/wheel weight. I'm w OP here and sitting right about stock weight as the wheels are light...mpg was 16.7ish for first 36k, been lifted for 4 months and seeing 17.8 since the lift and tire swap.
Yes I adjusted tire size in Forscan.

I put my 37's on around the same time I did the FPP Procal tune and Mishimoto intercooler/charge pipes and my mpg went up almost 1 mpg.
