Dare I suggest looking into the LCA reinforcement options from barnes? Between both additions we’re confident they saved us some headaches recently.

Definitely going to, just need to straighten mine out a bit before I can weld them up

digging up this old thread - @mattusmc what do the solo's look like on the driver side? the brake lines seem to be directly in the way of where the flat stock pieces go. I assume you use the smaller ones on the driver side.

I'm preparing some prep for portals and UCA double shear is on my list.
