I was using Forscan to change tire parameters today. After changing the parameters I got several errors with 4x4, etc. Not unexpected. I was able to update and get all the errors eliminated, but I wanted to use my OBD reader (Actron CP9175) to check codes. Would not communicate with the Bronco. no issues with wife’s 2020 Ford Edge or our Ford F53 chassis Motorhome. anyone run into an OBD reader not working on the Bronco? Suggestions for a new code reader? Strange that it won’t work with the Bronco. Thanks for looking.

I also cannot link an Actron CP9125 to my 23 Bronco, although it works on other cars. A guy at NAPA told me that Ford found a loophole in right to repair laws & has blocked code readers without dealer readers. My friend's 20 year old Matco reader connected, but I don't know how much it could read other than basic codes.

Glad it was not just me. I found it strange in that it was newer reader. Guessing Ferd wants me to pay to just scan codes. Thanks for replying.
