Welder, grinder and 2 weeks of spare time. Very time consuming to cut/fit and clear everything. Most complicated thing I have built in years.

This is the most useful mod that I will never, ever, attempt... I applaud your patience, because that looks like a giant pain in the ass to fit correctly.

I drove around with a bucket in there to make sure it didn't melt on the first test drive. I drilled a 1/8" hole in the bottom to drain water and don't really plan on doing much else in that respect. Due to the exhaust being close one side it stays at least 80-90F. Had to do some testing to see if I need to put a heat shield in.
Not much to see? Just proves Ford should have put in a trunk!
I remember seeing something similar offered by a vender, but not as deep. Now I'm going to have to find it. I just hope it wasn't ADV or APG

DV8 makes itI remember seeing something similar offered by a vender, but not as deep. Now I'm going to have to find it. I just hope it wasn't ADV or APG
