For me, it’s not about hitting the hardest or most technical trails. It’s more about the people I’m with. When you’ve got good friends around, even the tough moments don’t feel that bad. Something breaks or goes wrong, and everyone just jumps in to help. We’re pretty good at turning those rough moments into jokes too. My buddy is an absolute joke king.
We also really enjoy the scenery along the way. That’s just as memorable. Being out there, surrounded by nature, just enjoying the moment, it helps you forget about a lot of everyday stress.
By the end of the day, you’re covered in dust and probably pretty tired, maybe even worn out. But you’ve got a new story to tell. That’s what a perfect off-road trip looks like to me. How about you?
