My 23 got the OTA update, still showing on NHTSA.

So my wife got into our '21 model and was welcomed to a blank infotainment screen which included no radio, phone, camera views nothing. This was first thing in the mornign so I don't see high temperature as a cause. Made an appointment at the dealership for this and the other recalls and they told her our year models are "Phase 4" and wont be available until June, hopefully.
I could totally live without a rear camera view when reversing but having no screen at all seems a bit of a problem to let her continue driving it so that means it just sits on the garage for who knows how long until Ford actually resolves the issue.

Are others getting the same issues or is it just the reverse camera view? And yes the recall does apply to my model according to Ford.

Probably should get an ACTUAL diagnosis of what is wrong,it could be APIM or something else.
