Back in a Bronco...a special one this time!

I am not new to Bronco as I previously owned a Big Bend with Sasquatch package for about 6 months before I decided to let my neighbor take over the lease as I had my eyes on something else. Plus, he was in need of a winter vehicle at the time. I got a Hummer EV as a daily to replace my Bronco and about 1.4 years into it missed having the Bronco way too much and hated the planning element of charging the damn thing whenever a road trip was planned.

My Hummer will be going back in 8 months or so but the deals seemed solid now so pulled the trigger on a new Braptor - which was my true desire to begin with anyway. The matte black in pics is my original Bronco and the Raptor is the current one. Ironically as the original was taken by my neighbor I do see it next door all the time as seen in the pic. Haha.

I have had PPF and stuff done on the Braptor but not sure what other mods I could do on it as it's perfect out of the box. Always open to suggestions. Love the Code Orange package also. Only pic I have of it so far as the weather hasn't been the greatest but will get it cleaned up and take some nice pics soon.

To be honest, I never really took the Hummer off road. Nor did I tap into its capabilities like 'crab walk' or whatever it is called. Always felt those were more of gimmicks and since we don't have any off road places close by the whole planning around charging it was always a hassle which made it not worth it. Part of the reason why I picked a Bronco Raptor over a F150 Raptor with 37 package that I originally wanted to replace the Hummer with is so I can do more off roading and I feel Braptor will be better suited for that than the f150. And I don't really need a pickup for my personal needs so it would have been an overkill for daily driving - though I will miss the space in the back that a pickup has and the quietness/comfort that Bronco lacks in.

I put my kids seat in this vehicle so the lack of space is a big bummer but hopefully something I will get used to.

For first mods
1.) Procal tune
2.) console lid cover - it sucks to rest your elbow on for longer road trips
3.) pockets for the front doors - the nets wear out after a while.

After that, it's mods to make it work for the way you plan to use it. Off-road gear, cosmetics, etc

btw - I see too many of them with blow-off valves. I don't like them, but to each his own.

I am always worried with tunes on new/under warranty vehicles due to the risk of voiding the warranty. What exactly does this tune add to the bronco?

More responsive 10% HP and torque boost for th peice is exceptional value.

How would you quantify the overall power differences between the Hummer and the Braptor? I suppose I can look up the HP/torque numbers for the Hummer, but from a driver/owner perspective. Obviously the EV should have a better launch feel….just curious since you’ve owned both.
