Do we need to worry about any stress on the CV and universal joints with a 2” lift?

Depends, 2" over SAS or 2" over stock non-SAS?

In general 2" over SAS is about the max w/o UCA's -etc. 2" over non-SAS should be no problem, but YMMV. Any change in the suspension geometry can cause additional stress from the "As designed state".

There are many posts here discussing the max lift with each configuration. I think you'll find lots of info already discussed on the board.

Yep, that’s why I’m seeing. We’ll see what Steeda comes back with, and CPJ. Seems in all cases, everyone is out of stock.

Hmmm, might be a bit mis-leading over at Lethal Performance. I put the set in the cart and did calculate shipping, input zip and it showed free shipping with a $60+ charge for route shipping protection.

Then in check-out it wants to charge $640 in shipping So all-in it's $700 in shipping and route shipping protection (whatever that is), not such a good deal.

Items I've ordered thru Ford offer free drop shipping to a participating dealership, but not many dealers in my area participate so it's an hour drive (still worth it on larger items).


Edit* Steeda shows cost is $538 more than Lethal but shipping is $200, Ford Performance is looking better with each price comparison.

Will have a hard time sourcing at below msrp at anytime if its perpetually out of stock, likely a synthetic scarcity for pricing power.

I would just pay whatever or buy take offs when pop up, or go with Fox 2.5.

Besides looks the biggger tires do you no favours.
