I have a 23 Black diamond and just picked up some SAS Bilstein.
My understanding, it’s about 1” suspension lift over a non-sas.
I’ve read the max lift with no other modifications like UCA/track bar/etc is 2-2.5”
My confusion is which does this apply to. Because a 2” lift over my stock would be only 1’’ higher than a SAS, or are these numbers based off of a SAS bronco height meaning I could lift mine 3”?
I know I’ve read the UCA on sas vs non-sas are the same too.
I planned on just doing a 1’’ level on these SAS Bilsteins when I install them to keep the overall at 2” but would much rather do a 2” to get an overall 3” on my set up if that is possible without needing to change anything else for the time being before I do a better lift in a year or two.
