Ordered a 2026 Raptor today

I received another email saying there are unexpected delays, but the same date range is listed in the email. When I log in though, it says the earlier dates. Strange.

Well, what do you know? The Bronco showed up early.

The Bronco has a stop sale on it so they are not allowed to sell it. The recall is supposed to be available by the end of the month.

Dealer called and said that the safety recall update dropped OTA and I it will be ready tomorrow. He said part of the dealer prep is installing the trailer tow parts. I know it has the hitch on so wondering if that's wiring or he has me confused with another bronco. I'm really excited to pick it up!

Congrats on your purchase... I remember being glued to this site for updates and production info. Back when they first came out there was a lot of confusion as to production dates and status.... Bronco mountain etc.. Mine was the first one delivered to my state, it was "job one" status for the whole build.

Sooo, time to get your check book ready lol..... you'll need lights ( both front and ditch ), mudflaps, a sun top, a better oil drain plug, better tires, and of course a TUNE !! and you'll be looking for a better rear brake light as soon as you realize the factory one completely blocks your view..........

As for the trailer hitch install, they don't come with the trailer tow package from the factory anymore, it is now a dealer option.

Well, I did see the hitch installed yesterday when I took a look but maybe the whole thing is dealer installed. It has the electronic rearview mirror I believe. What did you do for mudflaps?

I went with the weather tech ones they fit perfectly and work great, otherwise EVERYTHING gets spattered all over the side. I would also highly recommend the ford hood protector ( the one with the bump ). it'll keep rocks off your windshield...... it's not a perfect fit as the curvature of the raptor hood is a little different but it's pretty close and definitely worth it, 72k and no windshield chips.

really didn't see a need for it, the hood protector seems to do the trick. its interesting, I use rainx and I can see the airflow on the windshield is minimal and the droplets don't just run straight up.

Ok. I was planning on going with ppf and the windshield one but I'll look into it.

What's the break in recommendation for the motor?
