Up for sale is the premium OEM Shadow Black Painted High Gloss factory hardtop from our brand new 2026 Badlands. This is the high-end painted version, significantly more rare and sought-after than the standard gray Molded-In-Color (MIC) tops.

We are making the trek from Kentucky to Texas to have an aluminum top installed at Armadillo Designs, so this factory top will be coming off and ready for its new home immediately.

What’s Included:

• Complete 4-Door Assembly: Full Shadow Black painted finish.
• Glass: Factory-installed tinted privacy glass with rear defrost and wiper assembly.
• Interior: OEM sound-dampening headliner/liners included.
• Hardware: All necessary OEM mounting hardware.

Condition:

Like New / Flawless. No scratches, chips, or dents. It will be professionally removed by the team at Armadillo Designs at the time of the swap. Some images may display water marks.

To ensure a smooth hand-off after our long drive from KY, the following terms apply:

• Good Faith Deposit: A $250 depositis required to hold the top (non-refundable for no-shows).

just out of curiosity, how deep are the (4) rear roof rack slots??

The four rear roof rack slots have a depth of approximately 30mm (1 3/16 inches). This is the clearance from the top of the channel to the mounting base. I think that I measured this correctly.

That’s what it should be, I have a 2025 Badlands SAS with the same black painted top (black appearance package) and the slots are only .5” deep…. I wish we could trade….

The short answer is yes, the 2026 Shadow Black Painted top will fit a 2023 Bronco Raptor perfectly. Since the current generation (Gen 6) launched in 2021, the mounting points, electrical connectors for the wiper/defrost, and the overall roll cage dimensions have remained consistent across all 4-door models, including the Raptor.

Fits: All 2021–2026 Ford Bronco 4-Door models.

The Raptor Benefit: Many Raptor owners actually prefer the Shadow Black Painted top over the standard MIC gray because it matches the gloss black accents found on many Raptor trims.

Plug-and-Play: Since our top includes the full wiper assembly and defrost, a 2023 Raptor owner just needs to "plug and play" the harness in the rear.

Weight & Seals: Ford has actually made minor improvements to the seals and sound-dampening liners between 2023 and 2026, so this might even be a slight "upgrade" in cabin quietness for someone with an older 2023 top.

Special Note for Raptor Owners: This top is 100% compatible with the 2022–2026 Bronco Raptor. The High Gloss Shadow Black finish is a popular upgrade for Raptor owners looking to match their gloss exterior accents.
