I would get resonix black absorber with adhesive backer on top of Amazon sound deadener / if possible. While the face dicreeet as is might want to get an upholster or tailor to layer a new face or DIY. The stuff is amazing.Yup - strictly optics. After driving the truck for 42k miles I got used to the liner covering the inside, even around the handles. Now I can't unsee it and it drives me nuts. Its just the little details, but why Ford created this problem I have no idea
The added padding for noise control is a good idea, if noise is the issue. I thought of going with custom EVA foam with velcro on the back to improve the interior looks. I doubt the price will be what I want to pay but will check it out
Im contemplating Resonix black for my soft top interior.....sticks like crazy.
