“Had some time yesterday while waiting for my wife” LOL

If would have used my time waiting wisely, I could have a couple doctorate degrees, or learned a different language by now

I've had mine about a month now and will add a couple of comments, and I agree with the OP comments. I'm very practical and have done very few upgrades, and I'm very happy with the deck.
I have the Ford tailgate table and the deck is actually a perfect fit with the grab handle removed. The passenger side lower table hinge is about 1/8" or less clearance from the deck. I cut a piece of 3M Command strip plastic and stuck it to the deck, which makes a perfect fit to to immobilize the deck without wearing the plastic. Disclaimer, your deck may not fit like mine but my table is a standard install.
I put the optional blocks on the deck and all is quiet.
I also cut some innertube pieces and placed them between the deck and Bronco floor before bolting down. Not for noise but to prevent metal on painted metal contact. I think that should be included in the package. And that's the only complaint I can come up with.
I bought some D Rings to replace the eyelet tie downs. I like that they lay flat for more usable space, and bonus is they overlap the rubber mat just enough to hold it down without using the supplied velcro.
The lower storage shelf makes for a hidden storage area when the Bronco is closed up which is really nice, and can't be accessed unless the tailgate is opened, nice security feature.
Realize that if you like to get on dusty bumpy roads, anything you put in the storage drawer needs to be tied down and enclosed/covered or else it won't be where you put it and covered in dust. Not a big deal and I used cheap velcro straps, or ziploc bags, and the deck holes which works well.
Having the deck level with the seats down really increased the usable, flat, floorspace for storage containers and coolers.
I haven't checked but I'm fairly certain that the storage bag for the 2 front hard top pieces will store under the deck (empty of course) and serve to cover the jack and other hole. Would like to see what others have thought of for using that space between the deck and floor.

Which D rings did you purchase to replace the eyelet tie downs?

Thanks for the great write up. I wish Broaddict had designed this to work with their existing tailgate fold out table vs having to replace it with another design. If the handle was replaced with a slot and if the total length was about 1-1.5" shorter, it would work.

Do you really need to remove the carpet/vinyl flooring?
FYI I did confirm that the trail deck cannot be installed over the OEM floor panel (4dr). The thickness of the floor panel raises the deck roughly 5/8" which in turn causes the deck release latch to contact the bump out on the DS of the tail gate.

I might look into cutting the stock floor so it fits between the rails and gorilla taping it under the trail deck. While my bronco is darker color, it still pokes my OCD to see all that unfinished metal back there.

I was thinking the same but it's thick and would have to be cut very close to the outer edges. Not sure what's under the rubberized exterior but it's fairly stiff...might not be a pretty result. Right now I'm looking at cutting my 3W cargo liner which is only +/-1/8" thick or use some Kilmat felt.

FYI BA Offroad recently posted (last night) on one of the trail deck threads a new floor liner to be included w/ future orders. Hoping it'll be available for purchase separately.

I bought these items, all fit perfectly and good quality
https://www.walmart.com/ip/DC-Cargo...stic-Pan-Fitting-2-Diameter-10-pack/404440416
Also bought this pack of nuts and extra tbolts.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FDR3YDJW?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
I wanted a few extras but didn't need so many, couldn't find any smaller quantities.
Thanks for the suggestion. I copied your setup with the lie-flat tie downs and am happy with the result. I also ended up building a cover that goes over the jack and tire iron, attaching with the existing Velcro

dots to clean up the installation. Looking forward to the TPE mat when it becomes available as well. Overall, the TrailDeck is a really nice piece of equipment and it sounds like it continues to improve.

I think this isn't stated/known enough. @BROADDICT made a good product based on actual feedback from Bronco owners (a lot of which came from this site), and then they continue to hear, listen, interact with us on this site and actually improve the product based on the feedback.

Great review! Thank you. Just got mine installed this week and concur with your sentiments.

As for the slight noise, did you install the optional stops and strips? This cleared any tiny noises i heard on mine and its without a sound on any terrain now.

Hello what is the "optional stops and strips" to reduce noise?

These are additional parts provided in the box to replace the stock stops on the back of the drawer. They are a little thicker to force the drawer to close against them. Unfortunately, mine broke after about a week and I'm awaiting @BROADDICT to provide replacements. It would be great if they could simply share a file to 3dprint ourselves as this is how they make them.
