I used the icon tubular adjustable track bar, part number 45200T

Yep, same one I have...plus I have the RockJock relocation bracket. You want to get the trac bar level with the axle. The bar adjusts to get the axle centered...the relocation bracket levels the bar with the axle.

Good thing it's a 4 door. If it were a stumpy little 2 door rocking the Carolina Squat it would probably backflip if you happen to hit a pebble

If it were a stumpy 2 door it would have rejected the parts that would have put it in that unfortunate situation.

Just put 40's on the front so the gaps between tires and flares are even

No, nothing to worry about...you just may have a bit of rear bump steer, not going to hurt anything.
