Hey everyone,

I’m looking for some advice on running 37” tires on my 2024 Bronco.

The truck is already slightly modified from when I bought it, but I’m honestly not sure what suspension setup it currently has (or if it’s been lifted at all). I took some photos of the front and rear suspension/wheel area and I’m hoping someone here can help me identify what I’m working with.

My main questions:

  • Do I need a lift to run 37s on these Broncos, or can it be done with the right wheel setup?
  • If I do need a lift, what’s the ideal height (2”, 3”, 4”?) to avoid rubbing but not go overkill?
  • What other mods should I expect (crash bar removal, trimming, wheel spacers, etc.)?
  • If I install a lift, how does that affect the factory warranty?
This is mainly a daily driver with some off-road use (nothing too extreme), so I’m trying to find the best balance between looks, performance, and reliability.

I’ll attach the photos below—any help identifying my current setup or recommendations on the best way to go 37s would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

It looks like your coilovers have a 1.5"-2" space lift over the top hat of the coilovers. So, it does have a lift. whether or not you can fit 37's without rubbing? I don't know. Likely depends on if any other modifications were made to the crash bars...and what wheel and tire combo you go with.

TBH, considering your use case, if you're looking for "best balance for looks, performance and reliability" you be better served to just slap on a set of 35s and call it a day. A friend bought my 35 x 10.50s on non-squatch Badlands wheels and they bolted right on to her Outer Banks (no lift) without any other modifications and nothing rubbed. Your crash bars have already been pulled so no issue there.

EDIT: A quick search on your wheels you're somewhere between "0" offset to +25mm according to the TIS website. You could go up to a 35 x 12.50 w/o issue.

Do you have any other pictures showing how much clearance from the tire to the fender? With 37's, you will need to remove those mudflaps for sure. The most lift you would really want up front would be 3" before cv angles get bad and you need upper control arms to be able to get a good alignment. You might already have a 1.5-3" spacer lift which would might allow you to run a small 37 like the C rated BFG KO2. Here's a couple pictures of my base Sas (which gives 1.1" of lift over plain base) stock suspension with 37's which rubbed and then with ProComp adjustable coilovers for 2" more up front (over Sas) and 1" in the back.

Stock Sas suspension with 37's:
