I ended up ordering an IP67 charger. Any chance I could pay you to make and ship me a bracket like yours?I've always had a battery charger on my vehicles, and wanted to put one of the Victron IP67 chargers with bluetooth monitoring somewhere on my bronco, preferably near the battery. I actually reached out to stinger to see if they would sell just the bracket that they include with their amp install kit (seen here) because I thought it would be a pretty close fit for what I was thinking. They told me they don't sell those individually, so I decided to design my own.
I got the brackets in and installed it this afternoon (took about 15 minutes) and had to drive about 10 miles round trip on an errand. Checked the tightness when I returned and the mount doesn't move at all, so I'm hopeful that the part I was mildly concerned about (the tab that goes in the pocket behind the fuse box) will be sturdy enough to act as a fastener on that end of the bracket. The battery case bolt gives plenty hold strength and this is very rigid overall.
I plan to run the AC cord down front driver's side and use a piece of 90 degree angle bolted to the top of the crash bar to mount an AC inlet so i can plug into shore power when needed, but that's going to be a far simpler process.
I'm just going to post a bunch of pictures without much of a writeup. The pictures are pretty much in order of installation, but feel free to ask any questions about how it fits and why I chose to go the route I went.
