Hi I know my stock badlands Sasquatch wheels are 30mm offset. I had purchased some 20mm offset wheels but they do not look the same as pictured so they are going back.

The style I like for replacement is only available in 1mm offset 17x9. does anyone have this setup and can show me a picture? I am thinking I should still be even with fender so that I do not get hassled when I go to get my yearly pa inspection sticker.

Thank you very much. It looks like the tread is covered by the flares correct?

Sorry I don’t have any photos but I just finished running my winter tires which are on 17x9 methods with 0 offset. Minimal poke, the fender flare covered most of the spray from the tread but I also have the IAG rock rail mud flaps up front which helped a small amount too.

thanks spray is one thing. i only really care about my inspection sticker in pa the rules are the tread has to be covered. It looks like ill be close enough with the 1mm offset wheels.

Thanks for the posting the question and the images. I'm in PA and have been struggling with the exact same concern. My shop recommended 11.5 inch tires to be safe with the +22MM (Fuel Blitz 18x9) offset wheels. My preference was the +1MM (Fuel Blitz 17x9), but they said it would be 1.5 inches past the flare (Badlands Sasquatch) and that it would not pass inspection. Only option for +1MM offset in PA was to keep the old wheels and tires, swapping them before the annual inspection.

A few things here. If you have badlands Sasquatch you have 30mm offset by default. I test fit a 20mm offset wheel and it was way under. The 1mm look to just barely be covered

I asked my local inspection station today and they said they let it go with tread sticking one inch or less out. The issue here is it’s up to each person performing inspection to dictate what they let go. The official rule is the tread must be covered by the fever or flare. Bulge does not count it is the edge of the tire.

I had a nightmare getting fuel wheels with defect so I told the company to send me different ones with the 1mm offset. I’m hoping I’ll be ok. I am not going to have a set of wheels and tires just for inspection.

I've got the 30mm offset wheels with a 38mm spacer. So equivalent to -8.

The PA inspection thing is easy to get around as long as the cops in your area don't enforce it.

You can hot glue a small rubber flap to the inside of the flare that sticks out an extra inch to cover the tire.

Just pull it off once you get home from the inspection.
