The @ORACLE Lighting lights were cool at first but come to find out that they have a common defect which is the long red strip failing. Unfortunately for a customer, these are not replaceable as you have to replace the whole unit. As a double dinger, no company sells individual units so if you have a strip fail (and it will fail, look up the amount of posts on forums about this), you have to purchase another set. What a joke. Please avoid and save yourself some extra money and heartache.

They offered to sell me 1 but I passed. 2 weeks later the other side went bad. They wouldnt do anything since I was almost a year out of warranty. I went back stock and tossed them in the trash. There are a lot of posts about these already out there.

Just had one go Bad. I'm currently in the process of trying to get one/Them replaced. I'll let ya know the outcome and how they stand behind this product. But Yeah, Not a good track record so far, IMO.

Hey there!

We totally get where you’re coming from. There were definitely some bumps early on with older batches of our flush-mounted tail lights, but customer feedback really helped us dial things in.

Since then, we’ve made several updates to the design and manufacturing process to address those concerns. We’ve also tightened up our quality control to make sure every set goes out meeting the new standards.

We’re proud of how far the product has come, and we’d be happy to support you through any pending warranty claims as needed. We’re here to make sure it’s a smooth experience from start to finish, so just send us a DM if we can help in any way.

I was cruising the forum awhile back and saw people were having issues with these lights. So I went out to the Bronc and put a brick on the brake pedal to check it out.

It appears as though mine are working properly. I was nervous because I had bought these very early on, like before I even had the Bronc early.

Sorry to hear some have had issues, I love mine. Only issue I have had is the license plate light and third brake light. Turned out to be connection issues.

I ordered mine in the initial group buy/pre sale back in aug 2022. My right side started going bad about 1.5yrs later march 2024. Thats when I was informed warranty was only 1 year. Only thing yall offered me was to sell 1 single light. I decided to wait as the light started working again. Within 2 weeks the light had messed up again and the other side started acting up. I got no assistance/support in my problem so I tossed them in the trash and went back stock.

As did I.
I was just out of 1 year as well, forum spokesperson told me to fill out the online warranty request and someone would be in touch shortly, said they "usually work with you at the one year mark in cases like this".
Nothing.
No followup, no warranty good-will coverage.

It's a shame really. I liked the look of the lights. I liked that they were low profile on trails.
But never again will I purchase or recommend anything Oracle due to this one situation.
Especially seeing the failure became more common for folks as time went on.
YMMV.

Lots of people make fun of me for my multi-colored Morimoto headlights I have... well not anymore, last set has been good for about 8 months now... I believe this is my 4th or 5th set over a 3 year span. I will say, the 5 year warranty can't be beat.

My kid was looking at the Oracle Oculus headlights... I quickly steered him away from them. Too many complaints online about them, and only a 2 year warranty. Sometimes those big names aren't worth the big prices and headaches down the road.

No problems with mine for the past 23,000 miles, purchased in 2024. Seems like the main issues were with older sets. I can understand why early buyers who have had failures are upset and lost faith, though. Photos of mine lit and unlit.

I’ve also been lucky and happy with mine. Had them on for over 2 years now and still as bright and functioning as on day one of install. Love the reverse lights in them a lot, one and only issue is that they don’t have built in red reflectors for when I park out in the street at night… I’ve added my own

So you've had to warranty replace your Morimoto lights at least 5x?

Hey folks, I too suffered the dreadful failure of the cool looking taillights on both sides a few months apart. On a positive note, I contacted Oracle and they replaced the lights free of charge. I understand some folks frustration, but "we" have to give Oracle a chance to make things right. Remember..... If you don't fail, it means that you are not trying hard enough. I'm never opposed to a company replacing a product outside of warranty to keep your customers happy. Best of luck Oracle.

Yeah, the 1st couple of years they had big time issues with the DRL's going bad. But like I said, last set (about 8+ months old) have been perfect, no issues.

Point being, they give a 5 YEAR Warranty on their headlights, which is why I went with them. And we see the problems that people are having with aftermarket headlights, tail lights and so on. Look at this thread with people saying how their lights went out after a year.
