    Update: I received my 3rd replacement hardtop yesterday. It looks good...I pray it stays looking good! My dealership has been amazing, real advocates, very helpful.

    Touché, touché… I’m fully aware that a vehicle is a depreciating asset. That said, this isn’t simply about inherent risk or normal wear and tear. This goes beyond that. The hardtop is widely known to be problematic and, by and large, defective.
