I guess it all depends on your Dealership. I have bought the last 4 Fords through mine and they’ve stood by me in warranty claims with a lot of aftermarket parts including a Livernois tune.

Yes the top bundles run from hinge forward along inside fender down to wheel well. Both driver and passenger are inspected and taped. Just the passenger wheel liner gets pulled and that bigger harness gets inspected, taped, and corrugated.
