The electrical signal compared to the acoustical signal are worlds apart in Bronco's. I use a newer version of AudioControl's SA-4100i for RTA tuning.

No, do not turn the EQ back on, ever. Leave it at 00. As far as the Forscan tweeter / speaker settings, there's no tangible or audible difference between them. It's a rabbits hole from which there is no return.

The ACM sends low range frequency signals (primarily bass) to the kick panels, which is why the vocals are so muffled, and completely inaudible when you install coaxial speakers there.

In my experience, it is more feel than a measurable reduction in ambient sound when in motion, and measuring decibels while in motion is part of the problem. The biggest offender in ambient sound is road and engine noise penetrating the firewall, the modular roof, and lack of aerodynamics...
Similar for my Wildtrak, but I went with Focal Flax EVO 3-Way components, Flax EVO coaxial speakers in the rear, a JL Stealthbox, and AudioControl amplifiers because I have a much better understanding of how to use their DSP software.
