I'll be pissed off. Not going to lie that worries me considering I ordered from a small town dealer.

I swear to God if this happens and I get screwed I'll buy a 392 Rubicon and throw Ford the finger every chance I get!!!

Sorry but this is frustrating to say the least.

Join the crowd. It has already happened. Dealers have gotton 4 door soft tops while reservation holders with the same order are left waiting because their dealer hasnt gotton allocation. I am beyond upset about this.

The best thing to do would be to check with your dealer...How many allocations...Where you sit in line....Having a 2 door with a hard top regardless of what engine you choose is a long long wait no matter how you slice it. People with a 4 door soft top could also actually jump ahead of you in terms of slots at your dealership since hard tops are still an issue.

So I'm a July 29th 2020 reservation. 2 Door Base + Sasquatch, 2.7, Auto, Auxiliary switches, Hard top, and all weather mats for options. Switched to Eruption Green for the the 2022 order.

How much has Ford been ramping up production? I haven't been following insanely close how many Broncos they have been pumping out recently.

Also it's been said recently by Mike that the 2.7 engine is a major constraint and to switch to the 2.3 So it sounds like the 2.7 is really going to hold things up even more now. Makes me wonder if it's because of the recent 2.7 engine problems?

What's the chance I see this type of build and reservation by the Summer 2022? It's really starting to get frustrating. Anyone else with a similar reservation date and build get theirs yet?

I have a bad feeling ill be pushed to 2023 which I'm not willing to do.

Any thoughts?

Aug 19th 2020 reservation here, a small town dealer's 1st res. Same build 2DR, 2.7, Base Squatch. Switched from AMB to Shadow Black for 22.

I was keeping my fingers crossed for it by summer next year, but I'm not holding my breath. The last batch of e-mails I saw some 2DR's the were just ordered this year, no res, get a build date. THAT was kind of a shocker to me because of the low take rate of the 2DR compared to the 4DR. So all bets are out the window for me as to when I might see it. Just keep hoping and praying that some day the computer gods are in my favor.
