Agreed. Shit can and will go wrong. It’s how it’s handled that dictates the quality of the transaction. My ETA of 11/16 hasn’t been updated - so I’m guessing my repair is still not in stock, or just got forgot about.i think the biggest issue I have with this shit show is the lack of communication. If it wasn't for some of the members here and some of my other contacts from ford I would be completely in the dark. Bronco was built 10-25 and had a no stock. No stock was repaired and the car has been sitting waiting for someone to scan and run it back down the testing lines. How can that be possible? How can @Ford Motor Company let a customer ordered car sit there? I used to run the repair shop at CAP and I would have to report every day on any units that were 5 days old. I guess they don't have those same rules. If ford really gave a shit they would have reached back out after escalation. Rant over
